Sing Out for SafeHouse Denver 2020—POSTPONED

Out of an abundance of caution for the health of our community, we are postponing the Sing Out for SafeHouse Denver event scheduled for Sunday, March 15. Please check back to this webpage or keep an eye on our social media for an announcement of the new date.

Thank you to all of the amazing choirs for dedicating so much time and passion to this performance! Special thanks to the event organizer, Leah Peer, Founder and Musical Director of Kol Nashim, the women’s choir within the Colorado Hebrew Chorale, for all of her hard work preparing for this event! Please email Heather Schreck, our Annual Giving & Events Manager, with any questions.

What: A concert presented by six community women’s choirs to benefit SafeHouse Denver in honor of International Women's Month. The six choirs performing are:  The Denver Children’s Advanced Choir Fourteeners, East High School's Seraphim, Impromptu, Kol Nashim, Metro State University’s Women’s Choir and the Denver Women’s Chorus.

When:  Originally scheduled for Sunday, March 15, 5-6:30 p.m.—POSTPONED

Where:  Temple Emanuel, 51 Grape Street, Denver, CO

Cost: None, but a donation of $18/more would be appreciated. Click here to donate now.  

One-hundred percent of the box office will be donated to SafeHouse Denver and will be matched by a generous anonymous donor.

 

Shimmy Mob - Littleton - May 9, 2020—POSTPONED

What: A belly dance flash mob held annually in support of victims of abuse worldwide

When: Originally scheduled for Saturday, May 9, All Day—POSTPONED

Where: Southwest Plaza, Littleton 

Cost: None, but one hundred percent of the donations collected at the event and through the Colorado Gives fundraising page will benefit SafeHouse Denver. Click here to donate now.
