Thank you for being a part of the 2017 Hope Gala! The night brought together dedicated supporters for a night of laughter, dancing, honoring our awardees, and hearing the inspiring stories of survivors.
All proceeds from the Hope Gala help provide lifesaving and hope-filled services to survivors and their children through SafeHouse Denver’s emergency shelter and non-residential counseling center. Organizers estimate this year's event raised almost $260,000.
Approximately 340 guests attended the Hope Gala and celebrated SafeHouse Denver’s 40th Anniversary of service to the community.
Dr. Lenore Walker, one of the five founding members of SafeHouse for Battered Women was on hand to toast 40 years of SafeHouse Denver with CEO Victoria McVicker.
Thank you to all who donated (your time and treasure!) before, during, and after the Hope Gala.
We couldn't do this work without you. We look forward to another 40 years of partnering together to help adults, children and youth reclaim their right to a life free from domestic violence.
