When the world feels uncertain and unsteady, it’s natural to look for something solid to hold onto. At SafeHouse Denver, we want to take a moment to remind you that you are not alone, and that we are here for you. Just like every day before and ahead, SafeHouse Denver is a calm, secure, and safe space designed to support you, no matter what.
Who Do We Support?
SafeHouse Denver assists adults, children, and youth in reclaiming their right to a life free from domestic violence. Fifty years ago we were formed by community, and it’s in community we remain strong. SafeHouse staff and facilities are set up to provide emergency shelter, as well as non-residential counseling and advocacy services that will help you navigate your current situation, find lasting safety, and heal from the inside out.
Our Services
While the news cycles and headlines continue to change at rapid speed, our commitment to you is steady, clear, and never changing. Our doors and phone lines are open. Our bilingual services are free and accessible. Our providers are trauma-informed and survivor-centered. Our belief that everyone deserves to live free from violence with access to compassionate and respectful care is unwavering. Support is always available.
Thank You
We are deeply grateful to have earned survivors’ trust over the decades, and for the community of supporters who make our work possible. SafeHouse’s impact stretches beyond our walls and into the community through a web of dedication and generosity, creating continuity and calm that survivors can rely on.
So much of what happens in the world is beyond our control. But together we are building safety and health in hearts, minds, bodies, and lives. Thank you for being part of the SafeHouse Denver community, a place where people will always be believed, supported, and treated with dignity.
